Request a pickup for your ready packed parcels and our Customer Service Representative will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options available for a pickup appointment. This service is available for door to door shipping to Malaysia by sea and air customers.

 

We have two options for you to choose:

 

1. Complimentary Standard Pickup Service: Scheduled collection up to a maximum of 10 working days.

 

2. Guaranteed Collection Service: For only £25 per box, you have the flexibility of selecting your own preferred pickup date.

Additional Information:

For collection from a flat, your door to door starts from your main entrance of the property. Should you require assistance in collecting your boxes from your unit door, there are additional charges as per below:

1. No Lift Charges

£2.50 per floor per box (up to 30 kg).​

​

2. Lift Charges

£1.00 per floor per box (up to 30 kg) for first floor and additional of £0.50 for subsequent floor.
