COLLECTION SERVICE
A choice of standard or guaranteed pickup service
We provide a complimentary standard scheduled pickup service for your ready packed parcels, or you can request for a guaranteed collection service based on a date of your choice.
Request a pickup for your ready packed parcels and our Customer Service Representative will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options available for a pickup appointment. This service is available for door to door shipping to Malaysia by sea and air customers.
We have two options for you to choose:
1. Complimentary Standard Pickup Service: Scheduled collection up to a maximum of 3-5 working days.
2. Guaranteed Collection Service: For only £25.00 per box, you have the flexibility of selecting your own preferred pickup date.

Please note: An advance deposit is required before we can proceed with any booking for pickup.​​​​​​
Our complimentary standard pickup service is very high on demand and usually are fully booked; We advise our customers to reserve a collection slot as early as possible.
