Request a pickup for your ready packed parcels and our Customer Service Representative will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options available for a pickup appointment. This service is available for door to door shipping to Malaysia by sea and air customers.

 

We have two options for you to choose:

 

1. Complimentary Standard Pickup Service: Scheduled collection up to a maximum of 10 working days.

 

2. Guaranteed Collection Service: For only £25 per box, you have the flexibility of selecting your own preferred pickup date.

For collection from a flat, there are additional charges as per below:

1. No Lift Charges

£1.50 per floor per box (up to 30 kg) for first floor and additional of £1 for subsequent floor.

1. Lift Charges

£0.50 per floor per box (up to 30 kg) for first floor and additional of £0.50 for subsequent floor.
