Coronavirus (Covid-19)
Last Updated 1st January 2021.
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not put at any additional risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are actively monitoring this rapidly evolving situation. We take the health and safety of our team and customers very seriously. We have provided guidance to our team, to help prevent the spread of any infection.
Suspensions of UK service guarantees
Thank you for your patience, loyalty and continued support over the last months during the challenging and unprecedented times that Covid-19 has presented. During this time, we have made the necessary ongoing operational changes, to keep our team and our customers safe, as we deliver the best possible service. We have continually monitored the situation, to get back to business as usual, as quickly as possible, adopting a phased approach.
For the time being, Our Next Day Delivery Guarantees and Guaranteed collection are still suspended. However, we are continuing to make every effort to try to collect and deliver as fast as we can with the help of third party couriers.
Our Free delivery and free collection by our own team, to and from most parts of the UK are also suspended. We are expecting our customers to arrange delivery of their parcels to our warehouse in Manchester themselves. However, we are also able to help arrange this using third party National Couriers in the UK such as Parcelforce, UPS, DHL etc.
To do this, the charges are as below:
1. Delivery up to 5 boxes = £15.00
2. Collection = £20.00 per box of up to 30kg
These charges are on top of the normal shipment cost of our boxes.
Perishable items
We advise customers who are planning to send permitted perishable items, to be particularly aware of the current potential delays to delivery and consider this before shipping.
Please note that due to the current situation, we will be temporarily suspending our loss and damage cover on all permitted perishable items sent on or after Monday 27th April 2020. We will look to reinstate this cover as soon as we are able.
Changes to our delivery procedure in relation to signing for and receiving items in the UK
In order to protect both our people and customers, as much as possible, we will not be handing over boxes to you. Having initially knocked on your door the driver will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
Changes to ETA of Container in Malaysia
Because of the pandemic, the logistic industry has been heavily affected. Estimate time of arrival in Port Klang Malaysia will now be extended to between 10-15 weeks from our ETA during normal times which is between
8-12 weeks. Please kindly be noted. Many other delays can also occur during this time which will be beyond our control as a shipping company but we will be able to update customers on this when they request for tracking. Please do not hesitate to contact us at anytime using all our platfroms; Instagram, Facebook and emails.
